Not sure where the idea stemmed from but it was supposed to be of some kind of warrior, feeling the pain of all the sins and atrocities he may of committed in his life during battle. Or he could be on the brink of dying in battle.
Tried to capture an 'in the moment' kinda look, I started off using charcoal to sketch it out then went over in acrylics. Didnt turn out too badly!
